After being referred to Greenline from one of my colleagues, I thought about moving over from another mortgage broker who gave good service but terrible rates. After heaps of home inspections and not going anywhere, I moved rather slow on the refinance as I figured we weren’t paying any interest and it seemed we didn’t need the new loans for a while.
Then we found the house we wanted out of the blue (during the COVID-19 pandemic no less) and we needed to move quickly with a 4-week settlement.
Long story short, T and Elias followed me up every step of the way, and at the last step when the bank-who-shall-not-be-named stuffed up (lost our signed documents) and threatened to delay settlement, they pulled all the strings and got the finances sorted out within 3 hours of deadline. That brings us to today with us holding the keys to the house.
So we now have good rates and greater service than we knew we needed. Legends, thank you guys.
