My wife and I recently used Alon from Greenline Home Loans to consolidate and refinance our home loans. The application process was seamless and Alon was great at sourcing the lowest rate and amount we wanted to borrow. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit and our approval process was drawn out far longer than expected and the banks increased rates during that time. We were really disappointed, however Alon spoke to the bank and they honoured the previous rate which meant a big saving for us.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tee and Christian for the above and beyond effort they went through to get my loans approved despite the minimal time they had between land deposit and final settlement (1 month!) Trying every avenue possible to finalise everything in time and always having my best interests in mind at all times I really can’t thank you guys enough!
I’ve dealt with many brokers in both my industry with new home builds and personal arrangements and I must say they were the most responsive, efficient genuine & professional team I’ve dealt with to date. Always available to take a call to answer my most ridiculous questions! 🙂
