Alon and Tee not only helped me to find a better deal, saving me over tens of thousands of dollars but they also secured additional funds. All of this occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic, when the banks were declining or postponing loans left right and centre and putting my application in limbo. We met Tee almost 10 months ago without any knowledge of home loans and the process for new constructions. He made us realise that we are capable of buying a house financially and what should be our budget. 10 months later we are building our first home. He has always been very friendly and honest about his opinions. He settled our land loan within 3 days so that we do not have to pay any penalty. Even during this COVID-19 crisis he made sure our construction loan is settled in a timely manner including the correct valuation of our property.There were some delays which was out of his control but he gave us regular updates.We are very thankful to Tee and his team for helping us to build our first home.We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

I’d like to share and Say that Tee is very professional at what he does. He looks you in the eye, shakes your hand and does honest business.
