Eligibility:
- Participants must be Australian residents.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Greenline Home Loans and their immediate family members are ineligible.
Entry Requirements:
- Participants must submit a home loan application with Greenline Home Loans.
- Home loan settlement must be completed by June 30, 2024.
Prize Details:
- The prize consists of up to $15,000 to be applied towards the winner’s mortgage.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected through a random draw from eligible participants.
- The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
Notification of Winner:
- The winner will be notified by email or phone within a reasonable timeframe after the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a specified period, a redraw may be conducted.
Publicity:
- By participating, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition.
Data Protection:
- Participant information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws.
- Participants may be added to Greenline Home Loans’ marketing communications unless they opt out.
Compliance with Laws:
- The competition will comply with all relevant Australian laws and regulations.
Disqualification:
- Greenline Home Loans reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
Amendments and Cancellation:
- Greenline Home Loans reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Governing Law:
- The competition is governed by the laws of the relevant Australian state or territory.
Mortgage applications submitted after 01/02/2024 and settled before 30/06/2024, minimum loan amount $250,000.
